![]() Obviously this company isn't customer focused. I get the TOS, but it couldn't even be accessed to read it. They did refund 50% of my $79 ride fee and gratuity, but refused to give me a full refund. I called back and talked to the owner and told him the link was broken, there was nowhere in the registration process that says no dogs, cancellation policy is 48 hours, but the don't read the notes on the reservation and they want the customer to call 24 hours in advance (when it's too late to get a refund) to confirm. I clicked on the Terms of Service link and it took me to a 404 Page Not found. After getting off of the phone I went back through the enrollment process to see where they state no dogs. After discussing the situation with the owner, he only would offer50% plus the gratuity refund, stating that the policy is in their TOS. So when I called to confirm, they just looked at my notes, at that time, and told me that they only allow registered service animals and that they could not transport me unless it was in a private car picking me up 13 hours before my flight at a cost of around $300. ![]() They have a no refund policy of 48 hours. I received my confirm and instructions to call 24 hours out to confirm. I signed up on their mobile site entered all of my info, clicked on accept Terms and Conditions, and added a note in the Special Notes section that I'm traveling with my 8 pound dog who is in an airline approved carrier. I made reservations 4 days out for a ride from Winter Park to Denver for my flight home. I've heard all kinds of great things about Home James, but I just had the worst experience with this company. ![]()
